Beautiful Journal Nov 25, 2011

Purchased this journal as a follow on to a basic cloth journal I purchased a year ago and have nearly completed. I decided since I was consigning my daily life to the book I might as well go first class. I received it in the mail today and it is truly beautiful. So nice in fact that I may attempt to improve my horrible chicken scratching to match the beauty of the journal. Its almost a shame to write in it. The interior cover leaf states the book is made of materials that will last at least several hundred years with reasonable storage and use. Since the only use this will get is my writing and a possible once through from grand kids fifty years from now, this thing will probably last into the next millennium. I am sure folks in the year 3011 will get kick out of my boring life, but by God, it will be written in a fine looking journal!!

Smooth leather cover, beautifully bound paper which will apparently last forever, and meaty pages which will actually force you to write something if you plan, like I do, to finish it in 365 days. what more could you ask for?
