I purchased this for my Dad who is sort of tough to shop for because he "has everything." He absolutely loved it and said it inspired him to get back into writing. The service was fantastic. Be sure to order the refills!

This is great! It says it's leather but it's not and that was why I was thrilled when I bought it. I hate the idea of skin covered journals. It's well made and it can be refilled when you run out of pages. That being so, I'm going to have this for quite some time.

I bought this for my best friend to use as a travel journal. He is headed for Africa for six months and I wanted to get him something special to take with him. Most journals are simple and a dime a dozen but this is so well made and unique. As soon as he got it, I could tell just how much he appreciated it. The big plus is that the pages can be refilled as needed. If you keep the cover in good shape, no telling how long you can use it. Love this product!

The title of this journal plainly says "leather" but the description (in small print) says "faux" leather. This journal is a piece of crap for the price you pay. I would never spend this much on a journal unless I thought it was going to last years. However, this journal is cheap cardboard and it is basically just a book cover for the notebook inside. LAME.
