If you are not completely satisfied with the item you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of the shipping date for exchange or refund. The item must be in original, unused, and resalable condition.

All returns must have an RA number. To get your RA number, simply email support@finekeepsakes.com with the following information:

1. Your name and email address or your order number
2. The item you wish to return.
3. Reason for return.

Our customer service team will send you a return email with your Return Authorization number, and instructions on how, and where to send your package. Make sure to put your RA number on the box, as we refuse any return that is unauthorized. For your protection, please use UPS, Fedex, or Insured Parcel Post for shipment, so that you can track your package to our warehouse. Shipping costs will be refunded only when the return is a result of damage or any error on our part, otherwise, the customer remains responsible for shipping costs.
